Garlic Butter and Honey Baked Salmon

METHOD

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C fan forced. Prepare the sauce by melting the butter and mixing in the honey, chopped parsley and garlic.

Step 2

In a large baking dish, evenly spread out the salmon fillets and spoon over the sauce.

Step 3

Squeeze with lemon and arrange the lemon pieces on top of the salmon. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until caramalised and cooked to your liking. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 x packs of Tassal Tassie Salmon skin off fillets 300g

2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1 handful parsley, chopped

3 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons honey

Juice of half a lemon

1 lemon, sliced into moon shapes
