Emily Mariko Viral Salmon Bowl
METHOD
- Step 1

Peel the skin off the Cooked Tassie Salmon fillets. Place the skinless fillets in a bowl and mush with a fork. Empty both rice packets on top of the salmon, with 2 ice cubes and cover with baking paper. Microwave for 1 minute.
- Step 2

Remove the ice blocks and baking paper. Add as much soy sauce, kewpie mayo and sriracha mayo as you’d like and mix it all together.
- Step 3

Add avocado, seaweed, chilli flakes and more kewpie mayo on top. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 x 150g Tassal Cooked Tassie Salmon with Peppercorns
2 packs of microwave brown rice
2 ice cubs
Soy sauce, kewpie mayo & sriracha mayo (measure with your heart)
1/2 avocado
Seaweed squares
Kimchi
Optional: chilli flakes and more kewpie mayo
