Crunchy Prawn Pad Thai
- Step 1
Place Noodles in a heat proof bowl and pour boiling water over to cover. Set aside for 5 minutes.
- Step 2
Heat Peanut Oil in a pan over high heat. Add crushed Garlic and diced Onion to stir-fry quickly for a few seconds.
- Step 3
Add in Tofu to the pan cooking for 6 minutes, turning occasionally. Push Tofu to one side.
- Step 4
Scramble Eggs for 1 minute.
- Step 5
Toss in Prawns, Rice Noodles, and Pad Thai Sauce. Stir until heated through.
- Step 6
Stir through Spring Onions and Sprouts.
- Step 7
Serve in a bowl, topping with Peanuts, Chilli, Coriander and a Lime wedge. Serve immediately.

200g medium-thick Rice Noodles
1 tbsp Peanut Oil
2 tbsp Garlic
2 Spring Onions
1 ½ cups Bean Sprouts
½ cup Peanuts
