Crispy Salmon, Green Beans and Almonds
METHOD
- Step 1

Heat a large fry pan with olive oil. Sautee green beans until cooked through, season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2

In a large pan heat olive oil. When pan is hot add salmon, skin side down and cook for 5 minutes. Gently flip Salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Step 3

Place green beans onto a serving platter and cover with toasted almonds. Top with crispy salmon to serve.
INGREDIENTS
300g of Skin on Salmon
1 packet of green beans
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Shaved Almonds
Lemon to serve
