Crispy Rice Smoked Salmon Bowl

METHOD

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C.

Step 2

To a lined baking dish, add your cooked and cooled rice. Pour sesame and chilli oil over rice and bake for 35-45 minutes, mixing every 15 minutes.

Step 3

Meanwhile, mix together dressing ingredients and set aside.

Step 4

Add crispy rice to a bowl with edamame, cucumber, spring onion, avocado, salmon and pour over dressing. Toss to coat.

Salad

  • 200g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
  • 100g Edamame
  • 100g Cucumber  
  • 1 Avocado 
  • Spring Onion, Chopped

Crispy Rice

  • 100g Jasmine Rice, Cooked & Cooled
  • 10ml Sesame Oil
  • 10ml Chilli Oil

Dressing

  • 20ml Salt Reduced Soy Sauce
  • 20ml Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 5ml Honey
  • 5g Ginger
  • 5ml Chilli Oil
  • 5ml Sesame Oil
