Creamy Prawn Pasta

METHOD
- Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to the boil, and cook spaghetti for 10-12 minutes, or until just cooked. Drain

Heat half the oil in a frying pan, cook prawns over a medium-heat until seared and just cooked through. Set aside. Add remaining oil to the pan and cook garlic for 1 minute. Pour in the wine and reduce to half. Stir in cream and bring to the boil.

Add cooked pasta to the pan with prawns, tomatoes, and basil, and toss to coat. Season to taste.

¼ cup white wine
½ cup cream
100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup basil leaves
Salt flakes & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
