Cooked Salmon Sandwich
- Step 1
Slice avocado and red onion. Spread the cream cheese over two pieces of bread. Add avocado, red onion and herbs.

Top sandwich with flaked salmon. Serve and enjoy!
150g Cooked Salmon, flaked
½ Avocado, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
4 slices sourdough bread
80g spreadable cream cheese
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
2 teaspoons pistachio dukkah, optional
