Cooked salmon nourish bowl
METHOD
- Step 1

Flake the salmon into large chunks and set aside.
- Step 2

Heat the rice mixture following packet directions. Divide between 2 serving bowls.
- Step 3

Top the rice with salmon and remaining ingredients. Drizzle over salad dressing, garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
Ingredients:
150g Tassal Cooked Salmon fillet, Peppercorn flavour (previously known as Hot Smoked Salmon)
250g heat and serve brown rice and quinoa
1 avocado, sliced
1 carrot, julienned
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 mini cucumber, sliced
2 radishes, sliced
½ red onion, finely sliced
1 cup edamame (shelled baby soy beans)*
½ sheet nori, shredded
2 Tbsp salad dressing
Fresh coriander to garnish
