Cooked Salmon Nourish Bowl
METHOD
- Step 1

Cook the vermicelli noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain. Meanwhile, prepare the fresh veggies and set aside.

Make the Asian inspired dressing by combining dressing ingredients and shaking in a small jar. Add the cooked vermicelli noodles to a serving bowl and drizzle over 1 tablespoon of dressing.

Top with flaked Tassal Cooked Tassie Salmon, edamame, capsicum, cucumber, carrot, pickled onion, avocado and sesame seeds. Add 1 tablespoon of dressing over flaked salmon and dig your fork in. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked
1 Tassal Cooked Tassie Salmon
1/2 cup edamame beans
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1/2 red capsicum, sliced
1/2 carrot, grated
2 tablespoons picked red onion
1/4 avocado, sliced
1/2 tablespoon black and white sesame seeds
Asian inspired dressing:
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
