Cooked Salmon Lunch Box

METHOD

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients together except the salmon and goats cheese. Toss in a bowl or shake your containers. Be generous with the lemon juice it gives it the zingiest flavour!

Step 2

Place each Tassal Cooked Salmon in each container

Step 3

Sprinkle goats cheese and leave in the fridge until you consume.

Ingredients:

1 x 150g Tassal Cooked Tassie Salmon with Peppercorns
200g pearl cous cous, cooked and cooled
Diced cucumber
Diced red onion
Spinach, chopped
Dill & parsley, finely chopped
Dried cranberries
Lemon juice
Goats cheese
