Cooked Salmon and Kale Slaw
METHOD
- Step 1

Remove the leaves off the stem of the kale and shredded them in a bowl. Then add in the red cabbage, white cabbage, red onion, cranberries, and seeds. Toss to combine. Set aside while you make the dressing.
- Step 2

In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over the salad and toss until it is completely coated.
- Step 3

Serve up the salad between two plates and flake of 1 piece of Tassal Cooked Tassie Salmon over each dish.
Ingredients:
4 Kale Leaves, leaves ripped off
¼ Red cabbage, finely shredded
¼ white cabbage, finely shredded
¼ Red onion, finely sliced
¼ cup Dried cranberries
2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds
2 Tbsp Sunflower seeds
1 Packet Tassal Cooked Tassie Salmon, Peppercorn 150g
Dressing
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Salt and pepper
