Cold Smoked Salmon Platter

Step 1

In a fry-pan place chickpeas and add paprika and salt until heated and they look golden.

Step 2

Assemble veggies, cheese, dip, crackers, crisps and chickpeas on a platter. Sprinkle capers over salmon and enjoy!


250g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
2x carrots, julienne
2x cucumber, julienne
1 tin chickpeas
150g Beetroot dip
125g Camembert cheese
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp sea salt
1 bunch green grapes
1 tablespoon capers
Assorted crackers, of your choice
