Classic Smoked Salmon & Dill Cream Cheese Bagel.

Step 1

Combine cream cheese in a small bowl with the dill and lemon juice. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper and salt

Step 2

To assemble; generously spread dill cream cheese over the base of 2 toasted Abe’s Bagels. Top with slices of cucumber and Tassal Tassie Smoked Salmon.

Step 3

Finish with a little thinly sliced onion, a sprinkle of capers and watercress leaves. Replace bagel lid and serve with a wedge of lemon. Serve immediately and enjoy.


1x 100g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon

2x Abe’s Bagel Bakery Natural Bagels, cut in half an toasted

2x thin slices red onion

1 tsp baby capers, drained

Watercress leaves

Lemon wedges, to serve


Dill Cream Cheese

125g cream cheese, at room temperature

½ tsp finely chopped dill

Juice of ¼ lemon, or to taste
