Buttermilk blini with smoked salmon and horseradish cream
- Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Whisk in the buttermilk, egg and dill. Rest for 20 minutes.

Mix the cr?me fraiche and horseradish in a separate bowl.
- Step 3
Heat a large pan over a medium heat. Brush with melted butter. Using a tablespoon, two tablespoons for breakfast size, spoon batter into pan, cook for one min, on each side.
- Step 4
Top blinis with Tassal Premium Selection Smoked Salmon, horseradish cream, chives and pearls.

1 cup plain flour
1 tsp caster sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
20g butter, melted
200g crѐme fraiche
2 tbsp horseradish puree
1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
Salmon pearls or caviar, to garnish
