Prawn Dumplings
METHOD
- Step 1

Peel and devein the prawns, leaving the tails intact or remove if desired.
- Step 2

For dumpling filling, mix prawns with all other ingredients and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Step 3

Following instructions on prawn wrapper, fill your wrapper with prawn filling.
- Step 4

Add dumplings to boiling water and cook until translucent then remove using a slotted spoon, approx. three minutes.

Ingredients:
500gm of Tassal Cooked Aussie Tiger Prawns
1 tbsp Coriander, chopped
1 tbsp Spring Onions, sliced
1 tsp Ginger, dices
2 tsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Honey
16 Dumpling Wrappers of choice
