FINE FOODS AUSTRALIA – COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document sets out the specific Terms and Conditions which apply to people who attend the 4-day Fine Foods Australia exhibition in Melbourne and enter the daily competition at Tassal’s stand at the Fine Foods Australia exhibition.

DEFINITIONS
Promotion means the Daily Competition running during the Promotional Period for the Promotional prize.
Promotional Period means 10.00AM AEST –Monday 5th of September to Thursday 8th of September to 18.00PM AEST

1. WHO IS ELIBILE FOR THE PROMOTION?
Anyone who attends Fine Foods Australia exhibition in Melbourne and attends our stand is eligible to enter the competition and to receive the prize.

2. HOW DO I ENTER FOR THE PROMOTION?
Entry is through scanning the QR code on the promotion poster at the Tassal stand of the Fine Foods Australia exhibition, then completing the short entry form accessed through the QR code and guessing how many Salmo and Troppo mascot toys are in the vase.

3. HOW DO I PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION?
To enter the competition during the Promotional Period you must complete the entry form that includes:
a) Name
b) Business Name
c) Email address
d) Phone number
e) Guess how many mascots are in the vase
f) Where do you usually buy your salmon and prawn?

4. WHAT IS THE PRIZE OF THE PROMOTION?
a) The daily prize is drawn on the last day of the promotional period at 18.30pm AEST from the Tassal Melbourne office.
b) The prize winner(s) will be determined by the closest guess to the correct answer of how many Salmo and Troppo mascot toys are in the vase. Tassal’s draw is final.
c) Each person who makes the correct guess will win a prize. If no body guesses the correct amount of Salmo and Troppo mascot toys are in the vase the person with the closest guess, that does not go over the correct amount will be awarded the winner.
d) The prize is $300 E-Gift card.
e) The winner(s) will be notified on the day the prize is drawn and notified by email or phone.
f) If the winner(s) doesn’t claim their prize within 7 days, they will forfeit the prize and there will be no redraw.
g) One prize per person per entry.
h) The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
i) In the event the prize is unavailable, Tassal reserves its right to substitute a prize or equal value
j) Tassal is in no way liable for any loss suffered to person or property in connection with the prize or the supply thereof to the prize winner.
