HOW TO COOK CRISPY SKIN BARRAMUNDI
STEP 1To create crispy skin - pat barramundi skin dry with paper towel.
STEP 2Drizzle barramundi all over with a little olive oil and season skin side with salt. Salt adds flavours and helps to create crispy skin. Sprinkle sumac or paprika for extra flavour if desired.
STEP 3Preheat a non -stick pan or BBQ to a medium heat. Add a little more oil to pan or BBQ. Cook barramundi skin side down for 5 minutes and then turn and cook for a further 5 minutes on the other side or until cooked through.
STEP 4Enjoy your crispy skin barramundi
