Miso & Tamari Salmon with Soba Noodles

Step 1

Cook noodles as per instructions on packet. Drain and rinse under cold water and set aside.

Step 2

Combine the miso paste, sesame oil, tamari, chilli and spring onions. Coat salmon in marinade and place into the MicroSteamer™ Colander Tray.

Step 3

Fill the MicroSteamer Water Tray with 400ml of cold water, place Base on top of Water Tray, add colander Tray, Cover and microwave at 800 watts for 10 mins. Remove Cover and Colander, and place broccolini and peas into the Base, top with Colander, Cover and return to microwave for a further 5 mins.

Step 4

To make dressing: combine all dressing ingredients together. Toss dressing through noodles.

Step 5

Remove salmon portions and vegetables from the MicroSteamer and serve with soba noodles and fresh coriander and enjoy!

2 x 260g Tassal Fresh Tassie Salmon, skin-off
300g pkt soba noodles
1 Tbsp (20g) miso paste (white or red)
2 Tbsp (40 ml) sesame oil
1 Tbsp (20ml) tamari or soy sauce
½ red chilli
2 spring onions, finely sliced
1 bunch broccolini
100g sugar snap peas


1-2 Tbsp (20-40ml) sesame oil
1 (85g) lime, juiced
1 Tbsp (20ml) tamari or soy sauce
1 tsp (5g) coconut or caster sugar
1 tsp (5g) miso paste
¼ cup coriander, finely sliced
