Japanese Salmon with Noodles & Edamame

METHOD

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 180°C.

Step 2

Boil a medium pot of water. Add noodles and give them a quick stir. Cook for 7- 8 mins. Drain in a colander and set aside.

Step 3

Place salmon on a lined baking tray and bake for 8-10 mins.

Step 4

Thinly grate the carrot and cut the capsicum into thin pieces.

Step 5

Serve salmon with noodles, and veggies and enjoy!

260g Tassal Marinated Tassie Salmon in Japanese Sauce
270g soba noodles
½ cup edamame
1 carrot
1 capsicum
1 tsp sesame seeds
lime wedge, to seve
