Ingredients
1 can Tassal Premium Tasmanian Roasted Atlantic Salmon in Springwater, drained
12 green beans blanched
½ cup raw kale leaves
2 Tbsp basil leaves, chopped
1 Tbsp parmesan cheese
1 small spring onion, green part only, chopped finely
1/3 cup sweet potato, steamed
10 almonds, roasted or toasted
1 ½ tsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
