Beetroot and Salmon Burger

METHOD

Step 1

reheat pan to med-high heat, add 1/2 tbs of oil. Place burgers in pan, ensuring divider is removed. Reduce heat to medium and cook burgers for 10 minutes, turning occasionally or until fully cooked. While cooking, prepare all the other ingredients.

Step 2

For the sauce: combine the greek yoghurt, mint and garlic together in a small bowl.

Step 3

Assemble the burgers and enjoy!

Ingredients:

Burger Buns 
Tassal Tassie Salmon Burgers, 2-pack
Tomato
Beetroot 
Rocket 
4 tbsps of greek yoghurt 
1 tsp of mint 
½ tsp of minced garlic
