Tassal Salt Reduced Smoked Atlantic Salmon is an Australian first product with 50% less salt compared with regular smoked salmon and is ideal for those consumers who are conscious of their sodium intake without compromising the taste we all love.
Fresh salmon is slowly cured in a temperature-controlled cure room, then smoked over beechwood to create the delicate sweet smokey flavour with subtle woody notes and melt in your mouth texture.
The salmon is then carefully trimmed, evenly sliced and vacuumed sealed for freshness.
