
Salmon Entertainers Pizza
Ingredients
180g pack Tassal Salmon Entertainers,
sliced approx 1cm thick
2 x 12” pizza bases
1 cup tomato based Napoli sauce
2 cups buffalo mozzarella
16 large basil leaves, roughly torn
½ cup roasted sliced red capsicum
1 cup fresh wild rocket

Method
Preheat oven to 200°C. On each pizza, spread ½ cup Napoli sauce on base, sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella over base evenly, followed by capsicum, basil and Tassal Salmon Entertainers. Evenly spread remaining ½ cup mozzarella over the top, and place in oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Garnish with fresh rocket, then cut into even quarters and serve.
