Smoked Salmon, Kale & Quinoa with Orange Dressing – Super Salad Jar

METHOD

Step 1

Mix dressing ingredients together and place at the bottom of your mason jar. Layer ingredients in your jar and start with the kale and the quinoa, smoked salmon, sprouts and orange on the top. Secure the lid and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 2

Shake everything up when ready to eat and enjoy either right out of the jar or serve in a bowl.

Ingredients

100g Tassal Smoked Salmon
½ cup kale
¼ cup quinoa, cooked
½ punnet sprouts, torn
1 orange cut into 5-6 slices, skin-off

Dressing

30ml olive oil
1tsp water
½ orange, juice only
salt & pepper, to taste
