Smoked Salmon Spaghetti

Step 1

Remove Tassal smoked salmon from packet, peel away slices and cut into strips.

Step 2

Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water, follow packet directions until tender. Drain, reserving 2 tbsp cooking liquid. Return pasta to pan.

Step 3

Add reserved cooking liquid, oil, lemon rind, lemon juice, capers, rocket and smoked salmon to pasta. Season with pepper. Cook, tossing, over low heat for 1-2 mins or until heated through and rocket just starts to wilt.

Step 4

Finish with crème fraîche and tomato; season to taste and serve and enjoy!


  • 250g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
  • 350g spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsps finely grated lemon rind
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsps baby capers, drained
  • 100g baby rocket
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 5 tbsps crème fraîche
  • 1 tomato, diced
