Smoked Salmon, Smashed Avo & Poached Egg Bagel

Step 1

Poach two eggs in boiling water for 3-4 mins and toast bagel.

Step 2

Peel and smash avocado and apply to bagel with a squeeze of lemon juice.

Step 3

Lay smoked salmon slices and place poached egg on top. Season with pepper and enjoy!
