Smoked Salmon Pizza

Step 1

Pre-heat oven to 200°C.

Step 2

Spread Napoli sauce evenly on pizza bases. Top with red onion and mozzarella

Step 3

Place bases onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10 mins, or until base is crispy.

Step 4

Remove from oven and top with rocket and place pieces of smoked salmon on top.

Step 5

Sprinkle with capers, garnish with some dill, slice and enjoy.


  • 150g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
  • 2 8” ready-made pizza bases
  • 4 Tbsp tomato Napoli sauce
  • 250g Mozzarella
  • ½ red onions, sliced
  • 2 tsp capers, drained
  • 50g rocket leaves
  • 1 Tbsp dill, to garnish
