Shredded Brussel Salad with Hot Smoked Salmon
- Step 1
Firstly, place all of dressing ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1-2 mins until smooth. Season to taste.
- Step 2
Combine the sprouts, dried cranberries, slivered almonds and cucumber in a bowl. Then pour in ½ cup dressing and toss to coat.
- Step 3
Top the salad with Tassal Salmon Hot Smoked Cracked Peppercorn Salmon and enjoy! Store remaining dressing in an airtight container in the fridge for later use!

150g Tassal Hot Smoked Tassie Salmon, Cracked Peppercorn
300g Brussel sprouts, shredded
⅓ cup dried Cranberries, roughly chopped
¼ cup Silvered almonds, toasted
1 Lebanese Cucumber, diced
½ cup Raw cashews, soaked for 1hr
Juice of ½ Lemon Juice
½ cup Water
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper
