Salmon Sushi Sandwiches

METHOD

Step 1

Lay bread on a chopping board and use a rolling pin and roll over bread until thin and flat.

Step 2

Lay a slice of smoked salmon on top of the bread, making sure it goes to the edges. Trim salmon if needed to make sure it fits just inside the bread.

Step 3

Top with lettuce, grated carrot and cucumber ribbons.

Step 4

Roll bread and filling up like making sushi and secure sushi sandwich with a toothpick and enjoy!

150g Tassal Smoked Tassie Salmon
6 slices wholemeal bread, crusts removed
1 carrot, grated
Lettuce
1 cucumber, sliced into ribbons
toothpicks
