Smoked Salmon Pasta

Step 1

Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water, follow packet directions until tender. Drain, reserving 2 Tbsp cooking liquid. Return pasta to pan.

Step 2

Add reserved cooking liquid, oil, lemon juice, lemon zest and smoked salmon slices to pasta. Season with pepper.

Step 3

Cook, tossing, over low heat for 1-2 mins or until heated through. Garnish with dill.


200g Tassal Smoked Salmon for Cooking
350g dried spaghetti pasta
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tsp finely grated lemon zest
Juice of 2 lemons
Salt & pepper, to taste
Dill, to garnish
