Hot Smoked Salmon Pasta

Step 1

Cook pasta in a boiling, salted water, following packet directions. Drain, keep 2 tbsp cooking liquid. Return pasta to pan.

Step 2

Add reserved cooking liquid, oil, lemon zest, lemon juice and hot smoked salmon to pasta. Season to taste.

Step 3

Keep on a low heat for 1-2 mins or until heated through.

Step 4

Garnish with dill and enjoy!

350g dried spaghetti pasta
1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 lemons, zest and juice
Salt & pepper, seasoning
½ bunch of Dill, to garnish
