Easy Smoked Salmon Quiche
- Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 160°C and spray a muffin tray with oil spray.
- Step 2
Cut round circles out of the puff pastry, and fit into muffin mould.
- Step 3
In a bowl whisk eggs, add feta and smoked salmon. Pour into tray moulds.
- Step 4
Cook in oven for 15-20 mins or until egg is cooked through.
- Step 5
Serve salmon quiche on a board and garnish with baby celery and enjoy!
