Aussie Smoked Salmon Club Sandwich

METHOD

Step 1

Toast bread slices, lay on cutting board and spread with cream cheese.

Step 2

On two slices of toast layer sliced avocado, sliced tomato, shredded lettuce and smoked salmon slices.

Step 3

Carefully place one slice of toast with ingredients on top of the other, and top with the third slice. Use toothpicks to hold together, cut into triangles and enjoy.

Ingredients

150g Tassal Smoked Salmon
3 bread slices
2 Tbsp cream cheese
1 avocado, sliced
2 tomato, sliced
1 cup lettuce, shredded
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 pack toothpicks
