Premium Smoked Salmon with Dark Rye Bread and Poached Egg
Ingredients
75 g Tassal Premium Tasmanian Smoked salmon
1 Egg, poached
1 Slice of Dark Rye Bread, toasted
2 Dill tips, chopped
1 Lime wedge, to garnish
Method
Place egg on top of toasted bread. Lay salmon next to egg and bread , sprinkle with dill and finish with a lime wedge.
