Maple Mustard Salmon
Ingredients
4 Tassal Tasmanian salmon portions, skin on
1/3 cup wholegrain mustard
3 Tbsp Maple syrup
8 kipfler potatoes
Side salad, to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 200°C. Boil potatoes for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked. Combine wholegrain mustard and maple syrup in a bowl, then coat salmon portions. Bake salmon in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Serve hot with cooked potatoes and a side salad.
