Smoked Salmon Salad Wraps

Ingredients

200g Tassal Quick & Healthy Salt Reduced Sliced Tasmanian smoked salmon
4 Lebanese tortilla or pita bread
70ml sour cream
2 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs
           (eg. parsley, dill, chives, basil)
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
50g salad leaves
Salt and pepper to taste


Method

Combine herbs, sour cream and a pinch of salt and pepper. Lay bread on a flat surface and spread with sour cream mix. Top with smoked salmon then layer with tomato, avocado and salad leaves.
Tightly roll up into a wrap and serve sliced in half, plain or toasted.
