Salmon with Stir Fried Vegetables
Ingredients
2 Tassal Quick & Healthy frozen Tasmanian
salmon fillets
20g bean shoots
½ red capsicum, sliced
½ small zucchini, sliced
150g Singapore noodles
Method
Microwave salmon for 4 minutes to defrost. Remove from pouch and leave to stand for 2 minutes. In a wok, add bean shoots, red capsicum and zucchini and stir fry for 2 minutes. Stir through soy sauce and noodles. Serve with salmon.
