Salmon with Steamed Vegetables
Ingredients
2 Tassal Quick & Healthy Lemon & Pepper frozen
Tasmanian salmon fillets
2 squash
1 cob of corn
1 small zucchini
150g of pumpkin
Method
Cut all vegetables to similar size and steam for 10 minutes or until tender. Cook salmon fillets in the microwave for 4 minutes. Serve salmon with vegetables and a wedge of lemon to garnish.
