How to Store Smoked Salmon

Method

  • STEP 1
    Keep all salmon refrigerated between 0°C - 4°C
  • STEP 2
    Use smoked salmon within the on-pack use by date
  • STEP 3
    Once opened ensure product is handled and stored appropriately, refrigerated between 0°C - 4°C and consumed within 72 hours
  • STEP 4
    To maintain the highest quality for smoked salmon we do not recommend freezing the product
