Ingredients

150g pack Tassal Salmon Antipasto Sticks,
                   sliced or served whole
 250g cheese; Bocconcini, brie or fetta
250g pitted marinated olives
250g marinated sliced roasted
vegetables; capsicum,
eggplant or zucchini
100g pack Grissini sticks/ biscuits
or ½ loaf grilled Ciabatta
Freshly picked parsley, to garnish

Method

Salmon-Antipasto_-SticksOn a large platter arrange all ingredients in separate piles or small bowls, place parsley in the centre and serve the grissini or grilled Ciabatta on the side.
